After-sale Policy

All sales are final. Product descriptions and quality grading standards are explicitly stated at purchase. No returns/refunds accepted except under specified conditions:

1. Eligible Claims:We address ONLY:

• Missing item;

•Incorrect items;

•Item grade discrepancies;

• Pericat-caused errors (e.g. wrong shipping info)

 

2. Claim Protocol:Submit photographic evidence and tracking details within 7 days of delivery.  Late claims will not be processed.  Resolution options (partial refund/exchange) determined at our discretion after review.

 

3. Non-Negotiable Terms

• B/C grade pins: Final sale (no exchanges/refunds)

•Shipping damages: Refer to Shipping Policy

•Free accessories (packaging/postcards/gifts): Non-replaceable

 

4. Resolutions

(1) Reshipment: Requires return of original item + covered reshipment fee

(2) Exchanges: If unavailable, apply a discount to future purchase or receive adjusted refund

(3) Refund Adjustments: Final amount = Original price - (Currency conversion loss + 6.5% platform fees)

 

5. Financial Reconciliation: Refunds reflect actual received funds after third-party deductions. We cannot refund unreceived amounts.
