1. DDP Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included)
We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we prepay the import taxes & duties for you. In most cases, you won't be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

2. In Rare Cases:
Very occasionally, local customs authorities may reassess a parcel and request additional payment due to unique local regulations. If this happens and you receive an official request, please do not pay it. Instead, contact us immediately at info@pericatstudio.com with a picture of the notice, and we will resolve it directly with the carrier.

3. EU/UK Customs Processing
Anticipate extended customs holds beyond standard shipping timelines. These government-imposed delays are beyond our control.
