1. Non-Cancellable Pre-Orders  
All pre-order payments are non-refundable as funds directly support production. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after placement.

2. 4+ Month Production Timeline
Minimum 4 months required for manufacturing. Delays may occur due to design complexity, quantity adjustments, or process iterations. For immediate purchases, choose in-hand items.

3. No Refund Policy Enforcement
Refund requests for personal preference changes will result in permanent ban from all Pericat Studio sales (current & future).

4. Ordering Guidelines
• Do not combine pre-orders with in-hand items
• Keep different series' pre-orders separate
• Extra shipping fees apply for split shipments
• This system prevents fulfillment errors and protects your pre-order reservations
