Pre-orde

1. Non-Cancellable Pre-Orders  
All pre-order payments are non-refundable as funds directly support production. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after placement.

2. 4+ Month Production Timeline
Minimum 4 months required for manufacturing. Delays may occur due to design complexity, quantity adjustments, or process iterations. For immediate purchases, choose in-hand items.

3. No Refund Policy Enforcement
Refund requests for personal preference changes will result in permanent ban from all Pericat Studio sales (current & future).

4. Important: Ordering with In-Stock Items 
If your order contains both Pre-Order and In-Stock items:
• Standard Shipping: By default, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item is ready.
• Want In-Stock items first? Please select the "Split Shipping" option at checkout to receive them immediately
