1. DDP Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included)
We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we prepay the import taxes & duties for you. In most cases, you won't be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

What if I get a tax notice? Very occasionally, local customs may reassess a parcel due to carrier errors or local regulations. If you receive an official request for payment, please do not pay it immediately. Instead, contact us at info@pericatstudio.com with a photo of the notice, and we will resolve it directly with the carrier.

2. Information Requirements:
While we handle the taxes, some countries (e.g., South Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Chile) require the recipient's personal tax ID or identification number for clearance. Please ensure you provide accurate information at checkout to prevent delivery failures.

3. EU/UK Customs Processing
Anticipate extended customs holds beyond standard shipping timelines. These government-imposed delays are beyond our control.
