Shipping Policy

1. Global Delivery Scope:
• Worldwide shipping via tracked international post
• Standard transit: 2-6 weeks (excludes customs clearance)
• Alternative carriers used during postal disruptions

 

2. Shipping Costs: 
Standard Flat Rate: We offer a simplified flat-rate shipping structure. The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination region.
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of $100 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
• Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.

 

3.Processing Timelines:
• In-Hand Orders: Dispatched within 10-15 business days (Launch-period delays: +3-5 business days)
• Pre-Orders: Minimum 4-month production cycle (Includes production & grading) Please refer to the specific product page for estimated completion dates.

 

4. Shipping Options for Mixed Orders: (Applicable when ordering both In-Hand and Pre-Order items):
Standard Shipping: Your entire order will be held until all items (including pre-orders) are ready. This is the most cost-effective option.
Split Shipping: Select this option at checkout if you want In-Hand items dispatched immediately. Pre-order items will follow once production is complete. (Note: This option incurs a higher shipping fee to cover multiple shipments).
• If "Split Shipping" is not selected, we default to combining your shipment.

 

5. Order Consolidation If you wish to combine a new order with an existing unfulfilled order:
Request Process: Please email us immediately after placing the new order.
Handling Fee: A $2 USD handling fee applies per request. We will refund the excess shipping paid on the new order, minus this fee.
Weight Limit: Consolidation is only available if the total combined weight is under 2kg.
Storage Limit: To prevent indefinite delays, items can be held for a maximum of 120 days from the arrival of the first item. After this, we reserve the right to dispatch available items.

 

6. Customs & Duties (DDP Service): 
DDP Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included): We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we prepay the import taxes & duties for you. In most cases, you won't be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
What if I get a tax notice? Very occasionally, local customs may reassess a parcel due to carrier errors or local regulations. If you receive an official request for payment, please do not pay it immediately. Instead, contact us at info@pericatstudio.com with a photo of the notice, and we will resolve it directly with the carrier.
Information Requirements: While we handle the taxes, some countries (e.g., South Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Chile) require the recipient's personal tax ID or identification number for clearance. Please ensure you provide accurate information at checkout to prevent delivery failures.

 

7. Delivery Responsibility: 
• Full liability transfers upon carrier acceptance
• Track packages via provided codes
• Address errors incur reshipment fees
• Lost/stolen claims require carrier investigation

 

8. Address Modification Protocol: 
• Changes only accepted via email (info@pericatstudio.com)
• Deadline: a week before dispatch
• Follow @PericatStudio for shipping updates

 

9. Order Finalization
• No Post-checkout modifications.
• Please review your cart carefully. Address changes must be requested via email at least one week before dispatch.
